Physical Products
Our policy for refunds and returns extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are available for physical products that are returned in their original shrink-wrapped packaging, in unused condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact us here to initiate a refund.
If the returned physical product was sold as part of a bundle that includes digital goods (e.g., a physical book and accompanying PDF), the cost of the digital goods will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method, within five business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
